Loch Leap was a challenge that only appeared in Series 7. It is similar to the classic challenge Leap of Faith, in that warriors must jump to grab rings, however, Loch Leap is done into water from a run-up along a jetty. In the first heats, Loch Leap was done on day 2, and in the final week it was done on day 3.
Description (Series 7)[]
One at a time, the warriors run over a walkway curving upwards across the loch, jumping at the highest point, trying to catch a ring. They won't succeed if they walk, or stop running before the end, as Nisab showed us when she tried to jump after stopping at the edge.
Ring Count[]
There are 3 rings up for grabs. One on its own, which is hanging quite near the end of the jetty, and two tied together, which are further away. Only Hanso managed to grab them all, during the final week. Failing to leap, or collect any rings, resulted in a lost life.
